Viride Wellness Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Your appointments are important to us and our professional staff. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and helps our team maintain full schedules. Failure to provide proper notice or missing your appointment entirely will result in a 50% service fee.

Clients must complete and sign intake forms prior to receiving services at the spa. All guests with medical conditions, including prenatal clients, should consult their doctors before scheduling. Services provided are for general purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

The Spa accepts minors for massage who are ages of 15-17 years old and minors of at least 13 for facial treatments. A parent or legal guardian must sign the minor consent form upon arrival for all services performed on their minor.  Minors who are 15-17 years old must have a parent in the treatment area during the entire service. All minors must keep their undergarments on for the entire duration of the session.

At any time Viride wellness spa Inc. has the right of refusal. Certain situations may present where Viride wellness spa will refuse to accept a new client or terminate the professional relationship with any current client. Right of refusal occurs when policies are violated, inappropriate behavior or solicitation occurs, and other circumstances not listed where Viride wellness spa views the client unfit for services provided.

Viride wellness spa accepts FSA and HSA as forms of payment. It is the client’s responsibility to check with the employer to ensure massage qualifies as a covered expense. Viride wellness spa does not offer medical insurance billing.

Gift Certificates are available for purchase online.  If a gift certificate was purchased for a specific service and the price of that service has increased since the purchase date, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference in price at the time of redemption. Lost or stolen gift certificates are not replaceable. Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates expire within one year of the purchase date and are non-refundable. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unused and Unopened Products are eligible for a 100% full refund. Opened or Used Products are eligible for a 50% partial refund.
All products—used or unused—must be returned to the spa in order for a refund to be processed.
Please contact us and provide proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive the returned product.

A discount applies to a single scheduled service. Discounts do not apply to the purchase of a gift certificate. Combining a discount with any other offer, promotion, or sale is prohibited.
